We have vetted locksmiths in 48 states. Coverage in Alaska and Hawaii is limited — enter your address at checkout and we will confirm availability before you pay. FedEx Priority Overnight reaches all 50 states for the hardware-only option.
Yes. Add the rekey option (+$30) at checkout and your new Grade-1 deadbolt will be keyed to match your existing house key. The locksmith handles this during the installation appointment. No extra visit required.
Every installer in our network passes a background check, holds a valid state locksmith license (in states that require one), carries $1M in liability insurance, and has completed at least 50 documented residential installs before joining our network. We also do ongoing customer satisfaction monitoring.
Hardware-only orders include a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the lock mechanism. Pro Install orders add a 5-year workmanship guarantee — if the lock fails or was improperly installed, we send a locksmith back at no charge. Damage from forced entry or misuse is not covered.
